Who we are

LLMrank is operated by Dolutions AB (org.nr 556981-0293), Box 150, 101 22 Stockholm, Sweden. Dolutions AB is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you use LLMrank we may process: the domain you submit for analysis; your email address (to create your account and send your report); your name and message if you contact us; technical data such as IP address and browser user-agent; usage data such as clicks, UTM parameters and funnel events; the raw responses we collect from AI models about your domain; and purchase details if you buy a paid report.

We do not ask for special-category data and we ask you not to send it to us.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To provide the service and deliver your report (performance of a contract). To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and to improve our product (legitimate interests). For non-essential analytics and tracking (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). To meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of essential cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in. These do not require consent.

Any non-essential analytics (for example Google Tag Manager) loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, it is not loaded. We store your choice in a consent cookie and log that a choice was made. You can change your choice by clearing the consent cookie.

Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers (processors) to run LLMrank: AI model access via OpenRouter (measurement); Berget AI for internal text processing (EU-based); SerpApi for search checks; Stripe for payments; our image, email and SMS providers; analytics/tracking infrastructure; and our database and hosting. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Some AI providers reached through OpenRouter may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data, reports and the raw model responses behind them are kept while your account is active and are deleted or anonymised within 24 months of your last activity, or sooner on request. Usage logs (clicks, UTM, funnel events) and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Your email is kept until you unsubscribe or delete your account. Purchase and invoice records are kept for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@llmrank.online.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
