Terms of service
These terms govern your use of LLMrank. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
LLMrank, operated by Dolutions AB (org.nr 556981-0293), provides an analysis of how visible a company or domain is in AI language models, together with related guidance. The service is informational: it helps you understand and improve your AI visibility, it does not guarantee any particular result or ranking.
Your account
You start with a domain and an email address; we sign you in with a secure magic link rather than a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email secure.
Acceptable use
Use LLMrank only for domains you own or are authorised to analyse, and only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, and do not submit other people's personal data or unlawful content.
Accuracy and no warranty
AI models change and their answers vary over time, so results are a measurement at a point in time, not a promise about the future. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The service, its content, methodology and the LLMrank brand are owned by Dolutions AB. The data you submit and the report we produce for you remain associated with your account; we use them as described in the privacy policy.
Payment
A free level is available, and paid reports may be offered. During our current launch period the full report is free. When paid features apply, payment is handled by Stripe and any applicable VAT is calculated via Stripe Tax. Prices and what is included are shown before purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dolutions AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt). For any question, contact privacy@llmrank.online or Dolutions AB, Box 150, 101 22 Stockholm, Sweden.
